We collect personal information you provide when creating an account, making bookings, or contacting support. This includes your name, email address, phone number, payment details, and booking preferences. We also collect technical information automatically — IP address, device type, browser, and pages viewed — to keep the service secure and reliable.
Your information is used to process bookings, communicate confirmations, improve our services, send relevant offers (with your consent), prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Payment information is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers and is never stored on our servers.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. After account deletion, we keep transactional records (bookings, payments, invoices) for the period required by tax and consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction — typically up to seven years — then permanently delete them.
Orionis is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has shared data with us, contact privacy@orionis.com and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our services or the law evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
